The rooms were brand-new and extremely pleasant, had feather pillows. And it had an incredible view of city.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a very warm and professional welcome at Piz Buin. The room was beautifully decorated in an Alpine style and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the town center, making it easy to walk to everything. The gym was well-equipped with a Concept2 Rower, and the spa/pool area was relaxing and not too crowded. The cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi that worked well throughout the hotel. I had a great stay at Piz Buin and would recommend it to others.

The room was well-appointed and extremely pleasant, provided with a ceiling up to 4 m high, close to Gotschna Bahn, views to outside. The food selection was savoury.

I stayed here for a trip and would like to go back here again. Staff was extremely helpful and hotel is impeccably clean and exceptional! The property was in the middle of the city. The venue was in a such beautiful area. The service was all in all very good! Plus, I was able to park the car onsite.

This hotel offers great value for money with its central location right next to the river. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable, even with the heating system at its lowest level. I loved the nice bathrooms and the views over the river from some of the rooms. The breakfast area also provides lovely views to outside.

The room was clean and atmospheric in general, with modern swiss style. The breakfast was extensive with freshly cooked bacon, views to outside and live music, so much to pick from...

Our family had an unforgettable trip to a newly renovated hotel located near the ski lifts and train station, making it super easy to get around. Our room had plenty of space with a kitchenette and cozy seating area. The friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed, including a takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight. The beautiful wellness area provided the perfect relaxation after a long day on the slopes.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, location next to the Lanquart river and proximity to the cable car. The pool and whirlpool were amazing, complete with high-quality towels and slippers. The room was elegantly decorated with a nice dining table, spacious bathroom, and comfortable bed. Moreover, the views from the deck were breathtaking, showcasing the majestic Alps and the nearby railway bridge. Last but not least, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! The staff was amazing, always smiling and willing to assist. We received complimentary mulled wine upon arrival and Christmas cookies in our room – such nice touches! The hotel’s location was perfect, only a short walk to the ski lift and train station. It was great to have a heated garage and a ski store. The breakfast room had a lovely view and the breakfast itself was decent.

The hotel lacked a bit of personality, it felt a bit sterile. The gym and pool were clean and nice, but the sauna was closed before 3:00 pm which was a bit inconvenient.

We were impressed by the newly renovated hotel near the cable car. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily access the Gotschna cable car or catch the local bus right from the hotel's entrance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering a pickup and drop-off service to the train station with all our ski gear. Our room was exactly as shown in the pictures, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that offered a lovely view of the stream and mountains. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide selection of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, and even gluten-free options. We also enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool after a long day of skiing. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in this place and had a fantastic experience. The location of this hotel is central, just next to the river, which made it very convenient for exploring the town center. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly and helpful reception staff to the attentive restaurant staff. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, and the room service was prompt and efficient. I also appreciated the amenities in the room, such as the in-room safe and the mini-bar. I was very impressed with the quality of service and comfort offered at this hotel.

The size and special touches of the apartment were amazing! The real fire was a nice luxury too. The staff was helpful, friendly and went out of their way to pick us up from the train station and help us with our luggage. The hotel's location made it easy to navigate to the cable car and explore the local area.

Towels in the spa area were not readily available, and the cold water in the hot tub was not pleasant after a long day of skiing. The rooms were not well insulated, and we could hear noises from other guests.
